Great value lunch set in Peranakan Place. Did the 3-course for under $26.The Truffle Mushroom Soup was rich and flavourful. Nasi Goreng was a standout – fragrant fried rice with tasty salted egg crumbs and tender chicken. Finished with a smooth, not-too-sweet tiramisu.Service was quick, vibe was relaxed. It was a Monday. Not very crowded. But weekday lunch set of 2 or 3 courses was very worth it. We choosen the 2 course meal since mum can’t sweet. If you can take sweet heard their tiramisu is a must try too. The mushroom soup was full of flavour. Salad and toast for starters was considered big portion. The mains we selected the pork, the chicken chop and the nasi goreng. Love the pork chop as many reviewed. - Very tender, chicken chop was more tough but good char. Nasi goreng was well spiced. I visited Acid Bar before in the evening and loved the vibe, but I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful it is during the day too! It's located on a Peranakan style street along Orchard Road, giving it a peaceful oasis feel amidst the bustling city. The food was fantastic, especially the Tiramisu – it was absolutely delicious!
