Bad communication, this agency lost me a ton of money. They ran ads that continued to bleed into the negative and never stopped spending. They thought spending more is better but we finished at a below 1 ROAS everyday for almost 6 weeks.They tried to blame everything except themselves. I ran ads very successfully on this store myself and they could not even come close to replicating it. What a shame.Would never recommend to my business friends or anyone in general. "

Great at what they do!However BUYER BEWARE. If you do leave them at any point which is natural progression with growing businesses in the space. They will reach out to your direct competitors and leverage your learnings to earn a new client. AKA take your data and hand it your competitor. Not worth the risk especially considering how pricey they are. "
