All exchange of confidential information is managed through a very safe platform that let's our executive team to sleep well. This firm offers all needed for a startup or a larger mature corporation. In my experience only, I would not recommend ADKF for either small business or personal tax returns. They, and like most CPAs, talk a good game and have nice offerings. We were assured that we wouldn’t be charged for simple tasks or communications that took less than 15 minutes of their time. Throughout our entire time with them, they were not clear or set any expectations. They automatically assume that you know what to do, and should provide them with the information. All the while, you go as you learn, and end up paying extra for it. As so much, we paid $1,000 extra for projections that were worthless to us. After both our business and personal information was compromised by their office, we’ve had enough. I had emailed the partner, asking him for a return of the charges and all work papers. He did not want to return any monies and would only speak to our new CPA’s as a gesture of goodwill. Of course, this is not acceptable, and there is no point in trying to get any further resolution with this firm. Overall, to say the least, our experience with this firm was not ideal. Therefore, I would not recommend them for either small business or personal tax returns. "
