We have been having an absolutely awful experience with AgileCPA to date. Wendy has made many broken promises and is extremely unprofessional. She said she will call CRA to confirm our company’s status, well, you guessed it, it never happened. We got penalized by CRA with extra interest as a result, AgileCPA refused to pay for it despite their late filing. The quality of work was poor and when we mention it to her, she blames her staff. No accountability whatsoever.Also I am absolutely furious by the lack of communication with our invoice. The pricing was different than what we initially discussed. She likes to bill for work that was not previously agreed upon. We have to warn other companies from getting involved with Wendy and AgileCPA. "

Wendy with AgileCPA was so helpful in walking me through all the documentation and helping me understand what I needed to provide in order for our personal taxes to be completed. The process was quick and easy and the price was reasonable for the services we received. I would highly recommend this service to others. "
