One of the most unprofessional consultancies I’ve dealt with. The HR, was completely irresponsible and careless throughout the process. She rarely responded, gave no clear updates, and kept delaying everything without explanation. My time was completely wasted waiting for her follow-ups that never happened. If this is how they treat candidates, I can only imagine how poorly they handle actual recruitment. Avoid ALP Consultancy if you want a serious and respectful hiring experience. Can also mention the HR name and phone number, If this is seriously taken into consideration. "

ALP is a great place to work and is a place where many people start their careers to reach great heights. Every company has its own set of negatives; likewise, the only cons here is the legacy culture change that is required to change old ways to new methods and hire more fresh minds at senior levels. "

Such ah waste of time in my lifeI got call first and they just collected personal info, later got ah mail regarding schedule of in-person interview (AIP) which was HR related job.I just went there and really got shocked, HR! Who called me on phone talked politely and all of ah sudden she is showing her attitude:( as ah HR having 3yrs of experience even me myself I didn’t act like that with applicants and they will ask you to give 5 ratings on maps which force me to come here and give review like thisAny how i ping then several times no reply no call no mail. Just an interview for showcase HR’s attitude. I kindly suggest all not to attend, you all can see other reviews which will helps you to understand betterThankyou! "

Tbh idk about this consultancy am a job seeker I got a cl from the number name Product company in WhatsApp mentioned a name as Samjana when you make a cl it's ur duty to introduce urself and ur calling from instead u can't jump into the details like salary ryt? Here she called me nd went to the salary topic and asked location and I was asking from where you're calling from nd for which company are you hiring for this girl who hv called me she is speaking unrelated to matter for wt I hv asked like she's been saying th salary I get I asked about company and about the cut off salary and I hv been repeating many times this girl have no active listening and no communication skills am tired of saying the same thing and end the cl and blocked the cl there she have to stay quiet instead she txt me in WhatsApp saying that I won't get any job and hahahahah what are you scared of picking up my calls and I dare you don't get a job is it the attitude that a HR recruiter shd be having ?? And do you guys expect me to be leisure and act like Nibbi where she acted foolishly? And am working I don't need any of ur opinions and attitude keep it with urself especially that Samjana(WhatsApp mentioned name)Why do people even hire such kindaa ppl who showcase too much of attitude and hv below average skills is it a good thing and right way to speak with the job seekers as a HR ,even I hv worked as a HR and I hv 3 yrs of experience why do this ppl behave as Nibbi 's hv no professionalism in work , have no common sense instead a filthy mouth that's use for nothing. Idk how ur consultancy is doing but hiring this kindaa ppl get a bad name not just for that person but also for consultancy pls do not behave like this with anyone we're job seekers and you guys just HR you hv to help us so that u can reach ur Target if you behave like this nobody will visit ur consultancy or else you may have to face consequences further if I report.HR shd be having positive attitude, gratitude,grevience not this kinda chapri behaviour,Not worthy even one star atleast to post this I hv no other option. "
