Inconsistent and Disappointing Hiring ExperienceI recently interviewed at Ashutech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and cleared both the technical and practical rounds. However, during the final CEO round, I was told I wouldn’t be moving forward “at this time” because they were looking for a "better option." The feedback mentioned that while my communication was "okay," the effort on the practical project was "not good enough," and I had used Angular 20 but did not showcase any of the newly introduced features.What was disappointing is that none of this was communicated during or immediately after the practical round — in fact, I was told I had cleared it. Only in the final round were these concerns brought up, which gives the impression of inconsistency and lack of transparency in the evaluation process.I understand every company has its criteria, but when candidates invest their time, effort, and energy into multi-round interviews and projects, the least that can be expected is clear, timely, and constructive communication.The experience made me feel like the process was more of a formality than a serious hiring effort. I hope the company improves its internal coordination and treats candidates with more clarity and respect in the future. "
