This is for Fugu Luggage who operates or used to operate from this center. It is impossible to find their location today.I ordered luggage in 2015 through kickstarter. I paid a total of $395 through the website. I received the luggage 09/2017 and was highly disatisfied. The luggage did not inflate correctly and requested for a replacement/refund from the company via email on 09/05/2017. They responded to my email on 09/18/2017 with troubleshooting instructions and questions about the issue I was experiencing disregarding the refund request. Followed the instructions and still resulted in it not working properly. I requested for a refund again and that was ignored. I asked where I can send the product to and again ignored. Finally, on 09/24/2017 got a refusal of the refund and instead offered me the next version of the same product for some future date (undefined). The last communication made was 09/24/2017 on my behalf and was not responded to asking for a full refund. It has been over 2 years without fulfillment on the product. I would give this 0 stars if I could! "
