Totally unprofessional & insensitive agency (or at least the management)The management (who approves content) lacks the basic understanding of branding. When the designers propose the actual concept of branding, they'll be just trash-talked and looked down upon. Some people in higher positions have posted about such incidents on their LinkedIn as that is a proud thing to do.In the name of branding, all they do is shoot a video with a celebrity(they have an in-house influencer who will promote the brands of any niche/industry) and push that as ads, post content with captions that is totally irrelevant to the goal of the post or even to the brand sometimes.You get to see content in your brand's social media handles in completely different genres every month in terms of design, tone of voice, and basically everything that ultimately repels the audience's attention from your brand.If this is the case, think for yourself about how your brand/business will stand in the minds of your audience.AND THE CEO THREATENED ME TO DELETE THE REVIEW.Still don't trust me?
