Bakata

Our experience with Bakata Solutions within the Digital Kit program has been very negative. The website development was extremely poor, with numerous technical errors, shoddy execution, and a final result far from what was professionally promised. The delivered work had so many problems that we were forced to hire another professional to redo and correct a large part of the website, resulting in additional expenses, wasted time, and frustration.Furthermore, the performance and management of both the team and its director left much to be desired, with a lack of organization, poor communication, and limited ability to resolve issues.I would not recommend this company for web development or for projects related to the Digital Kit. "

Solutions? After a month of calling them, they referred me to a company called Binhex. I wanted to create a website with a booking engine and payment gateway. The first thing this company did was offer me the "government digital kit"—3,000 euros for being self-employed! I told them I wasn't interested, that I only wanted the website and SEO. They created all sorts of problems to schedule a meeting, then offered me the "government gift" again, only to have an employee finally answer me. After 20 days, she told me that neither the payment gateway nor the calendar was within her capabilities, only that clients could see and contact us… something like a phone book with photos for 1,100 euros. If you want government money, this is the place; for anything else… it's a waste of time! "

Wise and well-trained people... Hehe. Seriously though, they do websites, social media, digital marketing, grants, custom development... Everything in technology projects. "
