In 2005, three of the founding BANKW Staffing partners decided to take a risk. Although they were already in the business of connecting people, they realized that it was time to make staffing more human.
So, after a lot of talk, they decided to start the first of their companies and KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting was born.
Today, there are five partners and six staffing firms that make up the BANKW family including KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting, Alexander Technology Group, The Nagler Group, and Sales Search Partners. Each of our businesses focuses on helping people achieve their corporate and career goals.
