I can't rave enough about this business and the ownership / leaders that you will work with. Trade show design and coordination seem to ALWAYS be a very stressful road to navigate BUT it was seriously smooth as could be having Brave Exhibits on our side. They helped us navigate every single detail - truly felt like an extension of our direct team. We used them for a full booth redesign (20 x 20) - the design was SUPERB. We also utilized them for full building and break-down of our booth to which they took care of everything, from the confusing paperwork to furniture layout - they literally made us look SO good. I really can't say enough great things about them - worth their weight in gold (and also priced so fairly for these types of services). In short, I would describe Brave Exhibits as responsive, dedicated, and competitive. I’ve worked with a variety of well-known exhibit companies and I have to say our experience working with Brave has been like none other and exceptional. I filled out an online form via their website and got an immediate personalized email. Following that, throughout this entire process I’ve never been left in the dark – communication has been seemless and transparent. The quoting process was just as quick and easy. Brave not only took care of quoting what we needed but provided additional pricing and ideas for items we hadn’t considered (I should note there was no sales pressure). It was clear they’ve done this before and they wanted to see us succeed in every aspect. Logistics and tips for the show were offered with no expectation. They worked with us until we were within budget and within our short timeframe. Brave managed to get new parts shipped to us for our existing booth, new artwork and went above and beyond to ensure that we were ready to pack and ship our crate within our deadline. I felt like I was working with a coworker, not a vendor.Following the upcoming show we’re working with them to expand our existing structure to a 10 x 20. What I like about Brave is that they are willing to do as little or as much as what’s needed. The process of working with Brave doesn’t just focus on what’s needed to look good at a trade show, it includes what’s needed to generate results at the show. They’ve already suggested layouts based on exhibit location on the show floor to increase leads and have already provided cost effective options to augment our existing booth.
