These guys are the best! Bunnyfoot conducts a lot of user testing on behalf of our office and they always do a fab job. Firstly in getting to understand the detail of our projects (no easy thing considering how ugly our systems are behind the curtains!). Then guiding us right the design process, from pulling together ideas, through creating prototypes, then testing - finding appropriate customers, using expert methods to draw the thoughts and feelings out of participants during experiments... and then after testing, they're excellent are helping us to record results and create workable solutions, ready for our developers.
