This was the worst customer service experience I had in my life. I had high hopes when we started with BusyBee but once we were a couple months in I kept getting surprise bills that were way more than the cost stated in my contract. They were unable to explain the charges or tell me how to prevent them. after 6 months I had paid more than my contract for the year was valued at. It was at that time I decided to move on. Then there has been considerable issue leaving. Overall my trust is broken and I do not recommend anyone use this company. "

I contracted with Busy Bee Advisors for bookkeeping services scheduled to begin in 2025. However, they attempted to charge us for all of 2024—a year during which our company did not exist (it was founded in December 2024) and received no services whatsoever.I was dealing directly with Julie Tingley, who, despite multiple requests, failed to provide any documentation or explanation to justify the $3,890 charge. Instead of resolving the matter professionally, she threatened to send the unsubstantiated debt to collections.This is, in my opinion, highly unprofessional and unacceptable business conduct. We have since involved legal counsel to address the situation.If you’re considering working with Busy Bee Advisors, proceed with caution. Make sure every service is clearly defined, dated, and documented to avoid similar disputes. "
