Had an initial consultation with the firm after sending them detailed documentation. While the accountant was professional and courteous during our call, I was later informed they had no capacity for new clients and wouldn't be able to take on work until Spring 2025. This information should have been communicated before scheduling the consultation and requesting documents. While I appreciate their eventual honesty, this approach wasted time for both parties and doesn't reflect well on their business practices. Scheduling consultations when you know you can't take on new clients is not good client service. "

Misleading, dishonest and greedy. I was originally told my tax preparation would be£1750. I then received a bill for £2500 for a seven page boiler plate generic memo regarding tax advice -which amounted to a newsletter. After over a year of receiving harassment emails and bills, I paid the £2500 and never use them for tax preparation, for fear of further “advice” and trumped up fees. A good decision on my part to not throw good money after bad. In summary, I paid £2500 just to part ways. I feel like a fool for being ripped off "
