Working with Seniors with technology is my passion. I am grateful to let my clients know about CaptionCall an amazing FREE easy to use phone. The customer service from everyone has been exceptional. Thanks to CaptionCall families can enjoy a relaxed, stress-free two-way conversation. "Kathy Helgerson's Review Sourced from Google
Good wifi. It's not really a shop, it's a telemarketing company. They have a good reputation for treating their employees nicely "Brad Wind's Review Sourced from Google
The atmosphere is amazing! Everyone was friendly they were giving away vouchers for the food truck out front to all the employees .They bring them in once a month. They also had a thing on the counter for people to sign up for a chair massage! :) Everyone was in a great mood. Nice building, easy access on the bus route/ handicap accessible parking. all the staff was very friendly. "Jill H's Review Sourced from Google
Really nice started job. Great environment, with outstanding staff. The job is monotonous, and there is very little opportunity for growth (despite them telling you otherwise) but it's a nice place to work and isn't too difficult. You'll start at about $11.40, with a tiny bit extra on weekends and nights, and 150% pay on Holidays. If you can show up on time and follow procedure, you won't have a problem. They'll hire just about anybody. I recommend giving it a shot. "Porter Lyman's Review Sourced from Google
Not Good! The delay between when the caller speaks and when the message comes up on the phone is way too long and just not realistic when trying to communicate. I still do better on the AT&T speaker phone than on Caption Call even with profound hearing loss. I am turning the phone back inHow is it possible that no other reviews show up?
