I interviewed at Caret IT for an Odoo Developer position, and it was one of the worst interview experiences I’ve had.The process included 4–5 rounds:Two practical rounds (one was onsite in Gandhinagar)One technical round (Odoo-specific)One HR roundI cleared all rounds successfully. Both practical tasks and technical discussions went very well, and the interviewers were satisfied. Despite this, after completing all rounds, the company delayed the response for several days.Later, I received an email stating that I was not selected for further process, without any explanation.When I contacted HR, they said they don’t know the rejection reason and blamed the hiring team. However, when I spoke with the technical interviewer, he clearly stated that he had not given any negative feedback and was not even asked for final input. This shows a serious lack of coordination and transparency in their hiring process.It felt like a poorly managed or fake hiring process, where candidates are taken through multiple rounds (including onsite travel) without a clear or honest decision. HR communication was unprofessional and confusing.I strongly advise Odoo Developers to be cautious before interviewing here, especially for onsite practical rounds. The process wastes candidates’ time and effort, and there is no clarity, accountability, or professionalism.Not recommended at all "

It’s an honor for me to share my feedback about my 11 months of continued employment in Caret-IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Gandhinagar). Here are some cons and pros according to my opinion:Cons:1) Lack of Training: There is a huge lack of expert training and hence team members may feel deficient in the scope of their development.2) Working Hours: India is adopting 5 days a week or 40 hours per week culture but it does not mean that office hours of 45 hours per week should be confirmed. Companies in other countries are working in 9 to 5 (or 10 to 6) and 5 days a week office hours fashion and considering 7 hours per day as working hours.3) Leave Policy: In many developed countries (especially in Europe), many surveys have proven that lubricant leave policy increases employees’ efficiency and encourages employees not to take leaves on false grounds. Lubricant leave policy also maintains a healthy Employee Turnover Ratio.Pros:1) Culture: The very best portion of the Caret-IT premise is its culture. No scolding, no teasing, no hastiness in work. Give respect and take respect approach prevails administratively and hence seems natural. Trips and outings are eventually organized with thoughtfulness towards all team members and arranged at good places.2) Consideration of Opinions: Opinions on concerned matters from team members are always noted impliedly by administration.3) As per norm: Assignment of work is according to the skill-set, execution of wages and perks are as decided and good compared to other companies in the industry looking at the working atmosphere.Thanks "

Our company has been working with Caret IT for the over 6 months, developing a customized ERP on Odoo for our unique company workflow. We have been very satisfied with their professionalism, capability, intelligence, and responsiveness.
