ClearPoint Human Capital Optimization is a women-owned business that provides human resources (HR) consulting, leadership development training, resume writing, interview preparation, and career coaching services. Our multi-channel services are designed to best suit our clients'​ needs. Some organizations select our services to supplement an existing HR department while others find it advantageous to utilize our services in place of a formal HR function. Yet other organizations use us for HR project work. We are available for on and off-site leadership development and executive coaching. We provide highly customized resume writing, interview preparation, and career coaching to individuals.

In the last 10 years, the practice of outsourcing HR support has steadily increased. Outsourcing allows companies to offload work that isnt part of their core business. It also saves money for the companies. Outsourcing HR frees up our clients to focus on their strengths. Our primary role is to assist in identifying the clients'​ needs, develop an action plan, and facilitate change to enhance the success of our clients.
