Its team's expertise and dedication were impressive. Accenture's work on implementing Salesforce and the ServiceMax managed package was invaluable, significantly benefiting our organization's operations and efficiency. However, one area for improvement would be the documentation process. It was challenging to access comprehensive documentation, which slowed down certain aspects of our project.
