After reaching out multiple times via phone and email without receiving any response, I eventually managed to speak with Graham and explained the situation in detail. I even offered to pay for ongoing support or a block of support time. However, he declined, stating that they were not interested in providing any assistance for the code they had developed, nor would they offer any form of after-sales support.While I understand that it's entirely up to a company to choose who they work with, it's concerning that they won't even provide basic support for their own work. This raises serious concerns for me regarding the long-term maintainability and reliability of the site and their projects. "
