After my first 20 days, I was told that I would not be paid because I lacked the skill set which was not told to me during the interview or between 3 months of my notice period from my previous companyI was left with no option other than to quit and find a new job and I spent all the expenses by myself for all those 20 days.there is no security that even if you get the offer letter you will be paid this is not even a proper organization which follows rules and regulations.The CEO is one of the most toxic person I have encountered in my professional careerThere are many other sources and options you can go through if you want to learn. Joining this company should be the last oneOnly the employees who are from the start stay in the company is not suitable for any outsider "

Worked at ColoredCow for 2 years and it was a great experience and have learnt a lot of things. Apart from just programming, got chance to lead the project, mentor new interns, lead client meetings and a lot. Got some great mentors, who are always ready to help and push you to do your best. "

Please don't fall for free internship.I applied for Software Developer Fresher Role.They called me for Technical Round.I was able to pass and then they agreed to hire me as an Unpaid Intern First and they said they can start paying me when I become capable to develop client projects.Still I was happy while leaving from their place while leaving I asked for a contact number they denied me and then Some thoughts striked my mind and I mailed them asking about the normal working days in a week and also the average time an Intern Takes to switch from unpaid internship to paid one to plan my budget but they did not replied me for 2 days then I mailed again to ask if they are still Interested in hiring me then they replied that We cannot hire you at current time.I think I was rejected for asking questions or I think They want to hire a free slave in the name of Internship.If someone from ColoredCow reads this I request them to make their hiring process more transparent I don't want to defame your company but what is the point of wasting time of someone who you don't want to hire.I took it seriously that's why I came there. "
