They do not sell parts or help with them. The guy working there told me to use geek squad or office Depot tech services. I just wanted to shop local. Instead I have to rely on national service. Thanks so much for letting me know that there isn't any support for PC building in Texarkana. I will stick with the big brand solutions for now on when in the Texarkana area. "
