I'd give them 5 stars because two of the employees there were extremely polite and informative, while providing a decent price for their service.. However one employee there was very rude and completely off-putting, both over the phone and in person. I could tell it was her when I went in. Yeah, might wanna talk to her about becoming better at not having a condescending tone immediately to customers or something, I'm sure it wouldn't be hard to find out who it is :)Anyway, aside from that rude woman, great service and price. Thanks for recovering months of work from a crashed HDD and even letting me know the software you used to do it. They only charged a little more than what the program costs so I'm impressed there.
