Terrible experience. I contacted The Cosmetic Boxes company back in April, they were fast to reply to emails and getting back to me with design ideas but as soon as I paid for my order it all went downhill, I did not receive my order in the timeframe I was given, I had to email them to find out what was happening and was given an unapologetic excuse and told I would have to wait yet another 10 - 12 business days, after waiting 6 weeks since payment was made and still not receiving my order I lodged the case with PayPal and got my money back. "

I contacted The cosmetic box company late last year. They were very helpful in getting quotes to me fast but it all went downhill from there. I was told turnaround to our door was 14 days for our first order it took a couple of months to arrive after constantly having to chase them up. I was then promised it wouldn't take that long the next time so I made a few more orders within a few days of each other. I received samples and went ahead with the order to now be stuck in the same spot as the first order. I have not yet received the remaining of my orders and have mentioned to them multiple times im on a strict deadline. These items were promised to arrive to me 3 weeks ago.They are not responding to my emails and I still haven't received any goods or tracking details they said they had. The gentleman I speak with isn't contactable via phone and only emails back (if he ever does) in the middle of the night.I have now had to change manufacturer and am out tens of thousands of dollars because the cosmetic boxes company haven't delivered the products I have paid for in full. "
