As a small business owner, I do not recommend Creativ Digital. From reading other on-line reviews, I see that I am not alone.4 years ago, my husband and I consulted Creativ Digital for a new business website. We required custom-quote functionality, product catalogs, shipping integration etc. We liked Scott and his team and accepted his assurances that they were more than capable of meeting our requirements and that the project would be completed within 8-10 weeks. Infact, despite Creativ’s original assurances, and numerous further assurances subsequently provided by them, more than 4 years have passed and Creativ has not delivered a properly functioning website.We always understood that in a project involving the development and refining of a new website it might be necessary to allow for some delays. We were also happy to make appropriate allowances for Cvid. However, there can be no excuse for a delay of 4 years.Over the 4 years, communications from Creativ became fewer and fewer to the extent that in the last 6 months we have not received any update or been shown ANY progress with the website, despite having agreed to price increases and having paid most of the agreed contract price.If Creativ Digital had performed as promised, we would have had a fully functioning ecommerce website years ago. Creativ’s failure to live up to its promises has damaged our business. It seems that we were too trusting for too long however our patience has now run out and we accept that we will have to look for another web developer. "
