If I could give this 0 stars I would at this point. I initially hired this company in October 2025 for assistance with credentialing. I spoke with Jordan who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt comfortable working with him due to the reviews and how he seemed to understand the credentialing world much better than I did on my own. I started with Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS and Ambetter. After speaking to Jordan, my "case" was transferred to his "account representatives". I have spoken to 2 different people during this time and neither seem to know what it going on. I was promised biweekly updates, I have to call weekly to get those and am always told "it's because we don't really have much answers yet, and I didn't want to send the "status tracker" without a full update to you, but I will get right on that!" This has been ongoing for months. It is now February. I began seeing Medicare/Medicaid patients in January. I was initially given the PTAN number for Medicare and ID info for Medicaid rather quickly, sometime in November. I never received BCBS and asked them to cancel this or refund me. I was given the option to have them do credentialing for another payer, so I chose Devoted. At this point I was told Devoted may or may not have a panel open, never received an actual update from there. I received a contract for Magnolia, which did not include Ambetter on it even though Ambetter was what I paid for on the credentialing app. Now all my claims that I have submitted to both Medicaid and Medicare have been denied. After multiple phone calls I have now found out that the credentialing was not done correctly and I am out thousands of dollars of revenue due to this. Please, please, please whatever you do, don't hire random companies regardless of how great the reviews seem to do your credentialing. It is a headache beyond belief but 100x worth it to spend the time and effort to do this work on your own. At least if you do that, you will save the money, time, and frustration of still having to do things on your own when they were unable to do it correctly on their end. "
