DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM!!!!!!!!The campaign was terrible, only 5 meetings in a month; and with non-potential clients, no less. In my industry, I get 5 meetings a month myself, and I'm no expert. If I hire a company that's supposed to be an expert, I expect them to deliver something decent.I asked to speak with a manager several times, and they didn't even bother to listen to a dissatisfied customer, which indicates that this is NORMAL at the company. From the second week onwards, I expressed my concern about the lack of meetings, and they just kept putting me off. Once the campaign ended, and after asking to speak with a manager 3-4 times without anyone calling me back, I sent an email notifying them that I would be taking action because I felt scammed. That's when a customer service representative called me to hear about the situation, but the conversation was pointless because they offered no solution for having wasted my investment.Since I announced I wouldn't be renewing due to the terrible results and Friday's meeting with Silvia, no further meetings have been scheduled. I have no doubt they haven't bothered to do much more, much less make an effort. Is a company that decides to ignore a dissatisfied customer going to put in extra effort in the final days? I doubt it.In that meeting, Silvia mentioned they'd wasted a lot of time creating the database. I took the opportunity to copy something the customer service representative had sent me about it:"Remember that the 'pre-campaign' and launch are free for you. The cost starts the day you begin calling potential customers."In that meeting, since I left the team speechless because they couldn't justify such a disastrous campaign, Silvia responded, "You just want to argue," a response I would never dream of giving a customer. In this meeting, they also told me they normally need three months to do a good job, so I asked them what their estimate would be for the second time around. They replied that it would be the same... meaning Customer gets you 10 non-potential meetings for €5,000!Finally, their salesperson, so good at selling THEIR company, when I told them about the results I had obtained with another company I had worked with, challenged me, claiming those results were low, when they hadn't even achieved a sixth of what that company achieved in the first month. Customer gets me 5 meetings, compared to the other company's 30.Customer not only seems to me like a company that DOESN'T deliver results, but also DOESN'T know how to treat a client and doesn't resolve its shortcomings or even try to rectify what it hasn't done well. And it's incapable of facing the music when a client is dissatisfied.Now they'll respond however they want to justify this comment, even using untrue arguments.I offer anyone the opportunity to contact me, and I'll respond to confirm that everything I've said is absolutely true; furthermore, I will be taking legal action.
