I used Dalal for 4 years and they've landed me in a world of trouble. My returns were never correctly files with the IRS. Let me repeat my returns were never properly file. 4 years later Dala I was informed they were rejected but he IRS.I have since lost thousands in refunds the IRS won't pay because they've timed out. I have also spent thousands going over all my returns with a new firm to correct the filing issues.Emails went unanswered, I was told 'we're working on it', the iRS is taking along time to respond and then my accountant finally went AWOL and never responded to my emails.When confronted they denied any ownership and wanted nothing to do with resolving this issues and washed their handsGO ELSEWHERE and save you and your business the headache and financial worries.After paying for their services and not having them delivered its been a stressful and expensive experience I would not want other business too incur. "

I contacted Dalal Associates after an attorney had recommended them, spoke highly of them, etc. I understand this was also a family friend, etc. Nevertheless, I reached out to them and was in contact with Keenan. I explained the issue I was having regarding my last years taxes, what could be done, etc. I emailed my taxes to him as he asked in November. I never heard from him, or anyone from the firm, since. I reached out several times and was always told he was busy, in a meeting, on vacation during the holidays, etc. It is now mid January and still nothing.(Must be all family who gives them 5 star reviews on FB) "
