The worst experience I have ever had with an agency from abroad.We had to pay 80% of the money upfront, otherwise they would not give us access to the Figma files.Now not even 50% of the design is finished and they do not move forward anymore and removed the whole communication in slack.They even threatened us to do a negative review online and wanted to force us to sign a contract where we would be forbidden to do a review in exchange for the existing design files.Do not fall for the other positive reviews, they are a pure scam.
