The central nucleus is made up of young people interested in developing their creative-technical and communicative talent but also in acquiring the know-how necessary to transform their aptitudes into business. For the young people who participate, the main aim is, in fact, to implement knowledge in the sector but, at the same time, learn to do business in a fast, tumultuous and complex world such as that of communication.
All 20 young people who join Eggers2.0 will receive a salary. Obviously, every job and every project will be followed by tutors, experts in the various sectors, who will collaborate in parallel with companies and students. The collaborations range across every area and sector; format creators, cartoonists, film makers, designers or web designers, art directors, directors, set designers or sculptors are all involved in the Eggers2.0 factory.
