We have used Eleken's services to supercharge the UI/UX of a new SaaS application we had been conceptualising with a few industry partners for some time. The duration of the project was a little over 3 months. We had an early version already implemented and the project was a mix of design proposals and short cycles of implementation.After the kick-off, we got assigned a dedicated designer, Roman. I have been super happy both with the process and with the results. We were working with collaborative tools (Figma, Slack) with daily feedback. Roman was not only proposing designs based on industry best practices, he was also getting into the heart of the value were offering to the different types of users. This allowed us to have a dialogue going beyond just proposing screens but really focusing on the desired experience for the user personas.The assignment has really improved significantly our application.
