She recently spoke to my class about this issue of Taking Care of Your Mental Health When You Work Online, and it was such an eye-opener.We all know that spending too much time on social media can mess with your sleep, mood, and overall mental health—but what do you do when your job (or classwork) requires you to be online for 8+ hours a day? She shared how social media impacts our mental health (in ways I didn’t even realize!) and gave super practical tips to stay balanced and set boundaries.She’s not just extremely knowledgeable—she’s also engaging, approachable, and so easy to relate to.
