Used them for taxes a few years ago. They did a good job. But had an urgent situation come up where I needed to help very quickly. The call would only take 5-10 minutes. They were very staunch on scheduling an appointment a week out and couldn't spare 5-10 minutes. The situation blew up and I missed out on a big return. Haven't used them since and never will again. Also never heard from them again. Definitely a churn and burn place. Had no interest in building a relationship with their client. My current accountant does a great job for 2/3 of the price and takes the time to talk with me if something comes up. "
