I called Exclusive Concepts this morning to see if they had availability for a window tint on my 2014 Nissan Altima. To my surprise, they were able to get me in right away and scheduled me for 12:30 PM. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top notch.They greeted me promptly, took my information, and offered a great price package. The staff was personable, professional, and very attentive. They took my car in immediately, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! The work was absolutely flawless, clean, precise, and exactly what I was looking for.The best part is I received a lifetime warranty, which gives me even more confidence in their quality of work. First let me start by saying I never give reviews, but I'm compelled to leave this one after my experience here. I found this place by chance when I needed tint removed from my new car widows to pass MD inspection. They were able to do it while I waited and did a great job. So I decided to bring my older 2013 Acura MDX in for detailing before shipping it out to my son in CA. The vehicle wasn't filthy, but I hadn't had it detailed before in the 7 years owning it. I asked for it "showroom new"; and BA-BY... that's EXACTLY what I got! That car looked so good I didn't want to drive it! The father and son duo that did the work far surpassed ALL my expectations! They wanted me to look at everything to make sure I was happy. It's so refreshing to have a provider really care whether you're satisfied with their work and not just trying to get your hard earned money for doing the bare minimum. This team at Exclusive Concepts is top-notch, and they were so friendly and attentive I left there feeling like a new Auntie! From now on, nobody touches my car except these professionals. My car's windows were tinted at Exclusive Concepts and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Great place to get underbody lights installed. I also had starlights installed here that couldn't put the stars in the actual sunroof part. There's a decent price point.On the downside, I do not recommend getting your car wrapped here. Sadly, my wrap is peeling badly on the front bumper, and the edges aren't smooth against the car. Looks great from afar. Up close, you can see all the details that didn't come together.Also, I had an off brand aftermarket radio installed. It came with an external microphone and a screen protector. I don't see the mic mounted anywhere. When I talk to people, they say I'm muffled, and then I don't know what happened to the screen protector it came with.This shop doesn't recommend Viper alarm system, but I already had Viper products, so I wanted it installed anyway. It wasn't wired properly and I went to another shop to rewire.All in all, I brought all the accessories I wanted installed on the car minus the backup camera. The wrap I wanted was out of stock, but as soon as it came back in stock, the shop put in for it to be ordered. I had heart halos installed, and the shop was unable to install in my factory clear headlights and ended up putting them in black headlights. It's ok, but I wasn't going for a black look, really. Also, the headlight bulb they added in is so bright that you can see the glue and stencils used to put the halos in place.My car was here from Nov. 28th 2022 until May 24th, 2023. I'm not sure why it took so long, I didn't feel very well informed during the process. There are also many other details that I won't go deep into.I will not be coming back personally. But the shop can do small projects such as accessory lighting and tint install. They painted my calipers as well. They look decent. I still have to get my wrap done over again and get my radio wiring looked at. "
