Very unprofessional and lacking in insight. Not even the simplest things were executed according to our script. For example, we wanted a character in the explainer video to wear red high heels. That wasn't done. When we complained that the script apparently hadn't even been read, we were threatened with additional costs and told to pay the bills. I think this is a common tactic used by this company. Just keep your hands off! "
