They need to do mental health evaluations on people that have power over firing someone & trainers. Because what I experienced is so unbelievable that I had to contact an attorney & will be posting all over social media because change can’t happen until someone speaks up.Got hired & got fired after 4 days of training.Let me say this for someone who was on their P’s & Q’s & for others in the class to reach out to me to say what’s up with the trainer targeting you, for someone to have worked for others companies & never experienced such fast & not normal targeting from a trainer is so scary & again it’s just UNBELIEVABLE!First day of training I wrote RR in the chat as we are told to do so TWICE, others did THREE, FOUR & even one guy did it TWICE in ONE hour. Second day of training I put RR and got pulled in a breakout room and was spoke down to like I was a child, and was told “I noticed this is becoming a pattern” you can imagine I was in disbelief for the simple fact of what I wrote above & then later asked a few people if they got pulled and told anything about going to the RR specifically the male who did it twice in one hour NOPE nobody did. From there I had a bad feeling because I just couldn’t believe that whole interaction.After that it was a snowball effect and this trainer HAD IT OUT for ME!!!! I even started taking pictures of the chat to document everyone’s “RR” in the chat.She even told me and sent me a email telling me I had to move faster with the online study THEN said I did it too fast. She even on the 3rd day said that my video was too dark out of the blue when it was the same all the days and there were people who you couldn’t even see on the video because it was so dark but she proved she could see me all those days because she never said anything about it but she said something on the 3rd day like when someone wants to make up something to add to the list and she proved she could see me all the days when she continuously when I was called on to answer a question (they make us use our own computers for training so I made it aware that my MacBook was old) so it lags when I’m trying to unmute so my video is too dark out of the blue when I have been sitting in the same spot in my office and she would say “you have to unmute because I see your talking but I can’t hear you” many times when I was called on to answer a question meanwhile other peoples screens were PITCH BLACK. UNBELIEVABLE truly until your are in that situation you won’t even believe that a person is doing it or saying those things. She said after 3 days of training that I would not pass the license test because everytime I got called on in the 1-2 days unless it was multiple choice I did new help and I even recorded those classes when she did it BECAUSE NOT ONE person have the answers either and of course I’m there with my mouth open because when I said that to her she said “well yeah but and didn’t finish” when the questions were multiple choice I even took record of when I answered right and wrong and point is she needs to be looked into because I’m almost positive as other people in the class said that this isn’t her first time doing this, she made up things and made a list of false things and presented to whoever and they did not confirm any of this and ask for PROOF and had to OK her firing me which is so sick because other people in the class seen what she did and couldn’t believe it either. I believe whoever else experienced this with her just moved on & took it as a loss but this was not normal, she was not normal. (It’s too much to type there’s other things that are so crazy so I just sumed it up to the crucial points) "

I wasn't going to post a review and then I saw an article about Foundever being called "One of the best places to work." What a joke. An absolute pathetic joke that even the worst standup comics wouldn't even use. I was furloughed into a layoff and was lied to about being put into a training class. It would be truly surprising if anyone at Foundever even remembers who I am. I wish I could just forget this company exists, but it's seared into my memories because of their lame excuses. Absolutely no concern about employee's mental health or wellbeing. And using AI now? Just another hairbrained idea to cut costs. Pathetic. "

I used to work for this company before in 2023 then they went ahead and said that I was placed as rehireable and I can reapply in the near future so this year when I went ahead and applied for the customer service representative position they had me go through the whole entire process since February 29th and then May 13th they went ahead and had me go through the whole entire process they rehired me put me on rehire status then they went ahead and pursue to go ahead and for me to do two interviews I passed and completed that they had me go through the whole entire background paperwork that was through DocuSign through their company and they had me do all the paperwork electronically then after I did all the paperwork which actually initiated state and federal government documents on top of that that I had to signatures and fill out and send back to them then they had me go through the process of going to a drug testing site to do a drug test a urine drug test then I went ahead and completed that after my background came back within 2 to 3 weeks then everything was clear and completed after that they went ahead and hire meso legally I was already hired legally I was already put as a rehire status legally I went through the whole process everything legally so they went ahead and initiated the offer to me send me an offer letter then they went ahead and assigned me a orientation training date which was on the 30th of April then it went ahead and after that had someone to contact me one of their recruiters seem like they didn't know how to do their job contacted me on the 22nd through the 26th..... After I went through all that whole entire month process and then I was assigned to an orientation date right here in Las Vegas then they went ahead and told me a week later he might as well say a couple days later that I wasn't placed as a rehire..... After they went ahead and how many do the whole entire protocol.... For whole entire month so what this company needs to understand is that they did fraud employment fraud business fraud.... So people do have rights to go against their company legally.... Who's working inside your company that don't know how to do their job and what they're doing messing up people stuff understand that this is the kind of stuff that will have your company in big trouble.... What they did to me they definitely have something coming their way!!!Never go against people's rights never discriminate and never commit fraud!!! "

Sat down for an interview and interviewer was more than 17 minutes late. Interviewer gave no apology and when I brought it up, I was promptly dismissed and kicked out of the meeting ZOOM room. The HR representaive intervieing me had no idea who I was. If this is how they treat people they don't even know, I can't even imagine how they treat employees and customers. If this company can't even get basic things like showing up on time right I can only imagine what the culuture and enviroment of the comapny is. 1/5 "
