Leanware built the mobile MVP of our AI fitness assistant for iOS and Android. Their consultation saved us an estimated 20 to 30 percent in costs by avoiding unnecessary complexity, and we launched a functional MVP across the app stores in under eight weeks, faster than planned. Leanware delivered two significant projects for our e-commerce platform along with a steady stream of smaller fixes and enhancements. Leanware is building our end-to-end electronic medical record system for our telehealth practice, including video and audio sessions, payment capabilities, complex reporting, and business management functions, with a team of six to ten people. Sprints have been delivered efficiently with every deliverable completed and monitored in ClickUp, and the project management has been thorough and well organized. Our IoT platform's database queries had become a real problem for our users, so we brought in Leanware around February 2020 to work on the architecture and speed things up, an engagement of around $10,000. We brought Leanware in for a fast, focused integration between our consumer-facing website and our CRM and other databases, a small ad hoc engagement of about $500 CAD that ran over June and July 2020. Most of our clinics' practice management software has no open API, so they bridged those gaps and made it far easier to communicate with our patients through our HubSpot-centered setup. Leanware has taken our wedding planning platform from concept to MVP since June 2023, leading web design, UX, and the full technical implementation of the three core elements of wedding planning: the to-do list, the budget, and the guest list. We brought Leanware in from January to May 2026 to rearchitect the frontend of our AI platform and to contribute to our core agentic workflow engine, which runs both human-in-the-loop and autonomous agents. Their engineer rebuilt the frontend around a scalable design system, so we can now assemble interfaces from reusable components instead of building each one slowly, and his contributions made our human-in-the-loop workflows noticeably more resilient and durable, which is critical for our platform. This is not our first project with Leanware, just the most recent: they built a sales tool that lets one of our CRM clients sell memberships and take balance payments, a frontend that sits between our platform and the payment page. The quality of the work and the ease of requesting changes have been excellent, and our client couldn't run that part of their business today without what Leanware delivered. What impressed us most is their budget discipline: stick to the requirements and the price doesn't move suddenly, and anything extra is flagged clearly before it costs a cent. After outgrowing the team that built our MVP, we moved our cloud practice management software to Leanware to scale the business; they came recommended by our CTO, and we've worked together since February 2022 at roughly $4,000 to $5,000 a month, around $90,000 in total so far. Leanware designed and built the web application our orthodontic clinics use to create treatment contracts and walk patients through payment options. We mainly work with their CEO Carlos, product manager Andrea, and co-founder Jarvy, plus five to seven others behind them. The tool gives us visibility across multiple clinics simultaneously, saves person-hours for us and time for our clinic teams, and lets patients who can't come into an office sign contracts digitally, with patient information collected more securely than before. Staff who were used to a complicated spreadsheet find it straightforward and hard to get wrong. They stayed within budget even while absorbing extra tasks, and their responsiveness is remarkable: I messaged them about a spelling error one morning and it was fixed within a minute. Their dedication and affordable fees are their biggest strengths, and we'd recommend them to anyone looking for these services. "

We hired Leanware in December 2022 to augment our full-stack capacity on our computer vision API, investing around $120,000 so far, and they completely unblocked our frontend effort. We had no software developers in-house, so Leanware became our development partner for an automated trading platform, an engagement that started around February 2022 and has grown past $500,000 invested.
