We were founded in 2018 by Matt Watson, a 4x founder and CTO who co-founded VinSolutions (acquired for ~$150M) and founded Stackify. He built Full Scale to solve a problem he kept hitting himself: hiring good engineers in the US is slow, expensive, and constantly interrupted by turnover. The answer was not the cheapest developers available. It was to build a real recruiting and retention engine in a market where great engineers are plentiful and companies rarely stick around long enough to keep them.
That engine is the product. We accept under 3% of applicants, pay at the top of the local market, and hold 93%+ retention. Today we have 300+ engineers on staff and have made 700+ placements with 200+ companies, delivering 5M+ development hours. Clients include AMC Theatres, SOTA Cloud, and AG Mednet.

How it works: tell us the roles you need, interview the candidates we put in front of you, and approve who joins. Your engineers work as members of your team, in your tools, on your process, reporting to your leaders. We handle recruiting, employment, benefits, equipment, and retention.
Engagement terms are low risk. Rates start at $35/hr fully loaded, typically 50-70% less than hiring the same role in the US. There are no long-term contracts, cancellation takes 30 days' notice, and if it is not working out in the first two weeks, you get your money back. Engineers can start in as little as 7 days depending on bench availability.
