Unprofessional. I was contacted by a woman named Avrl L. via text message regarding a position I applied for. She texted back LATE, which I thought was unusual, but I accepted meeting her on Teams the next morning. I took time out of my schedule, had the meeting, I thought it went well, she said she wanted to proceed with sending the company my resume, that she'd email me an application within 2 hours that I had to fill out "ASAP". I got nothing all day, I checked in, no response. She completely ghosted me. Why do people feel it's ok to waste applicants time like this?? Its cruel and heartless as some of us are truly looking for work. Don't like the candidate? Just say it, but dont give false hope and lie to our face, then blow us off. If I could give zero stars, I would. "

If I could give no stars, I would. There was absolutely no follow-up, no courtesy in acknowledging my resume, no answers to my questions, and no effort to be helpful at all. I don’t understand it. This is the most unprofessional staffing agency I have ever dealt with. Don’t expect much from them — they are clearly not in the business of actually filling jobs. "
