I called corporate office about a complaint I had with my location, my issue was tiny and very fixable. I had expired state check from 2023 that I needed reprinted and mailed to me. I spoke with Stacy at corporate office who assured me she wld fix issue and get a resolution, but never did. She followed up once and after that nothing, everytime I've called she in meeting and unavailable and never returns messages, and I called and left several!!! Theses people in this location strike me as incompetent and unprofessional and do not care about their customers at all. I've been using gateway for almost 5 years not this location tho, and after this I will not be returning. I do not recommend them or their services, go elsewhere, I still hve never received my check! "

These People The Rudy People are giving out Fake Checks from a company they have been using called REFUND ADVANTAGEListen these checks are bogus & they will treat you as if it's your fault for speaking up and out about in 6 YRS CHECKS HAVEN'T EVER CASHED I EVEN HAD TO CASH IN BACK OF TAX OFFICE ON IMPERIAL AND CRENSHAW WITH LOAN SHARK FROM CHECK CASHING COMPANY OFF PRAIRIE & EL SEGUNDO because checks would not cash their sitting in that back office using us & laughing at us & mishandling our personal information without notice this is ROBBERY AND THEY ARE SCAMMERS and must be held accountable NO EXCEPTIONSRespond of your check wouldn't cash I know I'm not the only person REFUND ADVANTAGE ALREADY INFORMED ME HOW THIS HAS HAPPENED TO OTHERS RIGHY NOW SMDH something isn't Right.
