If I could give a zero rating for this company I would. They are just money grabbing scams. Never respond to emails or calls, change agents without telling clients who will take over the account, Never respect the contract you signed with them, not transparent, just totally Waste of money. BE WARNED!!! This company is a scam! They will give you a low price during the signing of the contract then every few days you will receive a call that they need more money. They will use a premade templet to create your website so your website will look very generic. They are very unprofessional and take a long time to respond. After 7-8 weeks, I was getting really annoyed with the delays on the websites, I told them I wanted full access (on phone and in emails) I told them I wanted to be able to start putting my own products on there as they were too slow. I got nowhere with them, told them they would be fired in a few days if not 100% ready to go very soon.I also told them a few times to buy my .ca and .com domains many, many times. I don't know what is happening. But like other reviews here, No one answers my phone call and reply my emails anymore. It is very strange. I can't get anyone to return my calls. They took my money and left me stranded halfway through the project. Also as others wrote, they charged my card without consent and without notification for "additional work". No one will answer the phone or email.
