Hired Nikalabs a few years back because my website was a mess and I hated it. It was confusing, cluttered, and just straight up ugly!Originally I found these guys on yelp and I wanted to give them some love on Google My Business too!I own a carpet cleaning business in Santa Clara and I needed to find a company I could trust and feel comfortable with to build a great website. I called and talked to Ali over the phone I know that this was the right company and boy I'm glad I chose Nika Labs. I told Ali over the phone these exact words, "I want to build a clean, simple, yet elegant website" I wanted something that will be easy on the eyes and intuitive for my customers. I also expressed that there were two important tools that I absolutely needed 1) an online calendar 2) an online estimator tool. Ali, with confidence said, "We can do it no problem and we will optimize the site for both desktop and mobile web browsing". Ali's confidence assured me Nika Labs was the company to hire! He also said that once they are done I would be able to edit most of the text myself because they use Wordpress to build the site. I was sold and hired them to build the site.Ali and Nika Labs not only delivered they over delivered. They built a website I absolutely love! They listened to my every concern. My website is clean, simple, and yet elegant just the way I imagined it to be. I 100% love my site and can't stop looking at it. We hit some bumps in the road but Ali and Nika labs worked through them all. Our arts organization interviewed three firms and Studio 22 came out on top because their aesthetic merged that of a high-tech organization and one of an arts organization. They delivered on time and the CEO was attentive and always available either in person or remotely. When we did meet in person, they were very easy to deal with. My company had a pretty horrible experience with this company! They overpromised and underdelivered, the project management experience was clunky, confusing and repetitive, there was a lot of work on the part of the client to complete (when you're paying $25K you'd expect it to be seamless). Topics during conversations were forgotten, instructions had to be repeated multiple times. Upon completion, we allowed one of our freelancers access to the coding and she deemed it "lazy coding." The whole experience was very unfortunate!
