I hired this company to publish my book and they set up a bank account on my Amazon stealing money for me for over a year before I realized what they did. CROOKS!!!! Don’t do any kind of business with this company. "

Do not hire this company. They are very unprofessional. It took them three years to complete the job, and not only did it take them that long, but they also didn’t know what they were doing. They made a lot of mistakes, and I had to hire additional people to review their work, costing me even more money to get the mistakes fixed. Never pay them any money upfront.As a first-time writer, this company scammed me out of money by charging me for a disclaimer I asked them to include in my book. I spent nearly $8,000 with them. They also tried to charge me for an international listing, which I later found out was a scam. However, since I had already paid and the process was too long for some charges to be reversed by my credit card company, I felt stuck with them.Additionally, they charged me close to $4000 for an audiobook that was never completed and then asked for more money to proceed to the next step. I am now planning to file a complaint with consumer protection to stop these scamers from scamming more people and don't be fooled by the fake reviews on here either. "

Never ever hire this scam company. The BBB should have shut them down a long time ago. Just look at the other reviews. They lie and steal from their customers, then block you from contact. I currently have a lawsuit filed against them. Ive been in contact with the attorney general and am sure to get my money back (plus some). If they stole from you please contact the attorney general and file a lawsuit. Take back what is yours! "

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is based on lies and trying to get your money. I am currently in the process of suing them. As they have not refunded me my money. There services where unsatisfactory, they went against the contract. They are a terrible business. I will post the emails I have gotten from them lying about refunding me when they have not. I quickly learned that all the five stars they have on here are paid for. Do No Do Business with them! "
