He's not answering calls or emails.if you have been defrauded by this crook- Jose Miyares, go to the IRS website and open a fraud investigation report by filing one of the following forms:Form 14242 - - Report Suspected Abusive Tax Promotions or Preparers -Abusive tax promotion or avoidance scheme.Form 14157 - -Return Preparer Complaint -Fraudulent activity or an abusive tax scheme by a tax return preparer or tax preparation company.Form 14157-A - Tax Return Preparer Fraud or Misconduct Affidavit -Tax return preparer filed a return or altered your return without your consent and you are seeking a change to your account. Send this form in addition to Form 14157.If you work here, I highly suggest you leave this company immediately otherwise you are complicit to Jose Miyares fraud and will also be put in jail.I have opened an investigation with the IRS criminal division. This company is extremely shady. They are not even accredited by the better Business Bureau. We have been trying to get some answers in regards to our 2021 taxes and they ignore our calls and e-mails and when my husband tried to go into their offices they threatened him. We are currently taking them to small claims court. I have paperwork and screen shots of transactions to prove that they took $940 out of our refund. The customer service is completely unethical and unprofessional. When we noticed the discrepancies they treated us as if we were a bother to them. We have two small children and need our refund. “Martha” who is also Yessica Anabel Pinela told us that the IRS was at fault which is not true.I regret going to them to file our 2021 taxes and I will be sure to stop anyone else from using this business! "
