I would not recommend this company to anyone. Took 5 months to deliver a somewhat useable product. The contract said they would take 2 months to provide a completed product.They knew for fact that they were working with a complex situation since there were a few offices extracting data from the same source. After 3 months they told us this was causing many problems for them that they didn't anticipate. They had many excuses along the way BUT did not reach out to us unless I and our EHRR vendor badgered them with phone calls and emails. I ultimately had to involve the CEO in order to get anything done.Because of their 3 month delay and unstable product we are still not able to use the EHRR program we purchased at the beginning of the year.They've never once tried to compensate for anything. "
