I sent my HP PAVILION TO HP SABIR SENT ME THE BOX TO SEND IT BACK TO HIM AND HE SAID O WAS UNDER WARRANTY AND IT WOULD BE FOR FREE ! Yesterday I called a HP TECH SUPPORT ROBERT (NUMBER ) answered saying I owe 1000.00 for the repair cost but the day previously I was told by a lady that yall couldn’t fix it due to that watery spray I bought from the Dollar tree( to clean the screen ) NOW SHE CLOSED THE CASE BECAUSE I THOGHT I WAS TALKING TO REAL HP PEOPLE (PHILIP) who started changing everyday wanting me to pay 100.00 to get my REIMBURSEMENT MONIES THROUGH LEMFI APP! ! Now that girl closed my case because she called and said she found my computer & asked if I wanted the money or the laptop ! I said the money of $1000.00 Philip said- but I went to chase banker and told her what was happening and she said he’s a scammer by changing up the story one day to the next wanting 100.00 for me to activated my card! It was already actives by Chase!! So when she said that I block both Elizabeth a white girl pic/Philip (a Nigerian) which Philip said he was,( that was strange too) so I blocked him now I just want my laptop back !please give me my laptop back broken and all! I had just bought it and Costco said I have a warranty on it so let HP fix it ! Now yall have taken my laptop !!! My Mommasitas passed away and left me some money so ibought my 1 st laptop with that ! And yall also say I have other laptops which isn’t true— it’s a recycled phone number from Florida who the previous person with my number had and I answer all his bill collectors! Metropcs messed me up by giving me that number- so just please give me my Pavilion back although that lady closed the case!
