Founded in 2002, Hub is a 20 strong, insight-led video strategy and video production agency. Based in London and formed by partners David Hunstone and Kate Paterson, originally Hub was created to answer the video requirements of Jaguar-Land Rover. From having one single client, we have grown into a multifaceted video agency – working in a variety of industries for a range of customers.

The breadth of capability we offer is made possible by our structure. At the core of our business is a senior management team who oversee; insight, creative, production, distribution and project management.

Our culture revolves around authenticity, creativity and collaboration. We are comprised of a strong team of talented and hardworking individuals, who share the desire to grow together as an organisation. Working together in an environment that encourages individuals to be themselves and nurtures well-being, purpose and pride. We maintain a passion for creativity that pushes boundaries and inspires us to create original and memorable work.
