We use art, neuroscience, humor and common sense to boost people's expectations of product experience. We love complex projects and the challenges that sound insane.

Before HyperNormal was created, the team had been working for Fedoriv agency for around 10 years already. We felt we were ready to create our own rules, so in April 2024 we proclaimed independence. Still being part of Fedoriv group we have all rights to credit the projects we were leading. It there were always the most challenging ones.

How about starting the most successful English-speaking media about Ukraine–United24 media? It was created from scratch in the hottest months of war in 2022 and currently has a monthly coverage of 500M+ views. The project involved designing the launch strategy, creating content standards, brainstorming the formats, hiring key managers, organising and leading their day-to-day work–everyting in fact.

Diia was the award-wining project, that invloved changing lives of the whole nation. HyperNormal conducted a research that showed unapparent way how to communicate the digitalisation of the country. We created the positioning, gave the Ministry a template of how to optimize the long boring forms (and they actually followed it), created a name ('Diia' means 'action' in Ukrainian), co-partnered with Fedoriv agency on design and launched a 360 campaign–all withing 50 days.

The last case we'll focus on is Rozetka, local Amazon, the largest marketplace in Ukraine. Our team was responsible for its rebranding, strategy, regular upgrade of the creative platform and 200+ of commercials, that we managed to create during 4 years of partnership. If it wasn't for the war, we could have still be together.
