Beware before renting your home or business premises to this company. After visiting my property three times, sending me emails about filming dates and days, telling me they would put me up in a hotel (I requested a hotel of my own choosing that was only slightly better than theirs—I was offering them free meals), after I asked for their opinion, received confirmation, asked again in front of witnesses if I could reserve the room, and paid a deposit, they canceled everything at the last minute without notice, in a completely unacceptable manner. If I hadn't received a refund (200 euros) thanks to the understanding of the hotel manager, I would have given my lawyer the go-ahead, as the emails proved there was a contract. What I took away from this is that the person I dealt with, Théo, was completely unprofessional, disorganized, and hadn't taken the necessary steps with the landlord on time (even though a circular letter from Iconoclast Films dated February 21, 2017, clearly states that it was their responsibility). In short, don't trust this company at all. "
