This company is a complete scam. They never provided service once and yet they keep you locked into a 1 year contract and continue to charge you after it expires. I paid for 12 months of service and received no service and had to negotiate with my bank to dispute additional charges on top of the 12 month payment. I DON'T RECOMMEND this company! Please beware the customer service is horrible. You never receive a call back or response to email. We only had this service for 1 month and it was so difficult and not user friendly. We want to cancel and were told we would have to pay for the whole year! Billing said they would ask upper management if they could waive the fee but I got a prompt reply of a no. That was the only prompt reply I ever got! BEWARE of this company! They will tell you that their software is so "easy" to use. Just 3 clicks and your done. Not true! It is NOT user friendly at all. You can never get a hold of anyone or get calls returned. They charged us incorrectly at the get go and that was a headache to get corrected. The whole process was a nightmare and our doctor wanted to cancel and they said we would have to pay for a whole year even though we have only had the service for 1 month!
