Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. Besides the fact that they are incompetent. They also don't pay you on time. They like to play games with your time sheets and you wind up not being paid. I'm still waiting for payment. Plus they don't prepare you for the job st hand. Avoid them at allcosts. "

Just began working here one month ago and it's a great work environment with good benefits, great culture, and supportive team members. The work is very collaborative and you get to experience working with many different teams. To top it off, the company even orders lunch for all its employees every single day too! "

This company is a joke. First and foremost, please have someone who speaks complete English contact applicants. The communication and the language barrier presented a total break down.My final pay check was never issued. After my assignment was over I did not have access to submit my time for it to be approved. They told me they had no way to contact the company Northrup and Grumman to get my time approved and that I would have to reach out to the Manager on site to have my time submitted and approved.Luckily I had the managers email. She approved the time. I sent an email to the "recruiter" at Idexcel with the hours worked. Plus overtime hours that were missing from the previous check.Needless to say I received a check for $36.00.I called the number..no one answers and the voice-mail if ull when you dial the number given on the company's website.At this point I will take legal action for my compensation. "

I have a great experience working at this place. They have a huge training infrastructure in place which helped me a lot in getting a new job. The HR listens to all our issues and tries to help us in the best way possible. They have a fixed pay schedule and the company pays our salary on time. "
